Partner with the Custom team to assess current inventory levels, available package offerings and develop bespoke, end-to-end, customer-level proposals for key UHNWI and B2B clients.
Partner with pricing leadership to define ticketing & hospitality element pricing & inclusions – balancing available inventory & market demand.
Partner with Custom team on package creation across ticket & hospitality as well as transportation, accommodation & experiential elements – supporting internal tracking of package margins & requirements.
Manage regular workflows within pricing team focused on customized and non-standard package offerings.
Identify new opportunities for customized offerings & packages based on inventory sell-through patterns, market demand, and partnership with Custom team.
Partner with the Ticket Operations teams to optimize allocations and availability of premium and customized offerings.
Partner with Ticket Operations team on purchase process for custom packages – including pricing & inventory approvals.
Monitor inventory turnover and recommend adjustments to pricing to mitigate risk of over/under-supply.
Align pricing strategies with Sales and Marketing campaigns to ensure cohesive positioning of premium & customized products.
Provide actionable insights to senior leadership through regular performance reports and forecasting.
Partner with Finance on tracking and budgeting of accepted custom proposals
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced certification (e.g., Certified Pricing Professional) preferred.
Experience: 5+ years in pricing, revenue management, or strategy, ideally in sports, hospitality, cruise, gaming, or luxury sectors.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in data tools (Excel, SQL)
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with major events operations (e.g., FIFA World Cup, Olympics) is a strong plus.
Strategic thinker with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communicator able to simplify complex data for diverse stakeholders.
Agile multitasker thriving in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.

The Premium Pricing Manager will spearhead the development and execution of dynamic pricing strategies for high-value offerings, including custom packages, bespoke experiences, and platinum access for the 2026 FIFA World Cup. This role is critical to maximizing revenue and profitability through data-driven decisions, strategic inventory management, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Ticket Operations.
