- Previous experiences of at least of 2 years in one and preferably more of the following areas: Access, Marketing, Field Force management, Medical Affairs, Business excellence;
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and proactively, to develop credibility with colleagues within and outside team, and to influence decisions;
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and to engage and inspire project teams;
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Previous experience in new products’ launches;
- Knowledge in the prevention field or previous experience in diseases awareness area.

For our headquarters in Verona, we are looking for a PrEP (Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis) LAUNCH LEAD .
The successful candidate will report to Country Manager and will work within the Comitato Esecutivo and will collaborate with:
− PrEP (Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis) Global and European Management
− All relevant ViiV and GSK functions contributing/supporting/impacting the
launch of PrEP (Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis)
− Infectious Diseases External Expert
− Representing Italy at the PrEP (Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis) corporate business
networks
− Leading the PrEP (Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis) cross-functional launch team
In alignment with the country strategy and consistently with the VH policies, the PrEP
(Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis) Launch Lead is responsible for:
Key Accountabilities
− Ensuring the local alignment to the corporate launch framework and the brand
strategy
− Leading the preparation of the launch excellence meetings, pre and post
launch
− Ensuring the country alignment to the country strategic priorities
− Inspiring the preparation of the launch plan by the relevant functions
− Driving the disciplined execution of the launch plan
− Identifying the critical success factors, proposing the pre and post- launch KPIs, mapping and tracking the progress of the core activities
− Developing appropriate risk mitigation plans to address issues that may impact the launch
