      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Facilitate the completion of all client-required compliance requirements in a timely manner
      - Monitor background checks daily and communicate status to fulfillment offices and candidates
      - Directly communicate with clients to influence pending starts and eliminate obstacles
      - Audit completed requirements to determine eligibility for placement
      - Perform additional program support activities as required by management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - AA degree or equivalent job experience
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in background verifications or a similar high-volume customer service position
      - Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Strong understanding of customer service and/or technical support services

      - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with key stakeholders
      - Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in staffing
