      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Submit prior authorizations to ensure patient prescriptions are covered by insurance
      - Verify insurance coverage and prescription formularies for payment of prescriptions
      - Address incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries regarding their authorization status
      - Collaborate with insurance companies, pharmacies, and healthcare providers to resolve authorization issues
      - Maintain accurate documentation of prior approvals and patient interactions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Experience with personal computers, including word processing and electronic spreadsheets
      - Minimum of one year of experience in office work
      - Effective verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of chemical dependency and its effects on individuals, families, and communities
