What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, implement, and manage the prevailing wage program for nuclear services projects
- Develop standardized procedures for tracking wage determinations and certified payroll reporting
- Collaborate with various departments to integrate prevailing wage requirements into workflows
- Monitor regulatory changes and update internal policies and processes as necessary
- Assist in the payroll reconciliation between the employer and subcontractor vendors
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of High School Diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- 3+ years of experience with federal prevailing wage administration
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% domestically
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Excel and payroll systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience managing labor compliance in a services-based environment
- In-depth knowledge of the Davis-Bacon Act and SCA
- Direct experience implementing prevailing wage processes
- Legal or paralegal background is a plus
- Prior experience in government contracting or union environments
