      This role offers a dynamic opportunity to drive strategic pricing decisions within the hospitality segment by leveraging advanced analytical skills and deep industry knowledge. The Pricing Analyst will develop and maintain complex statistical models and large-scale databases to support pricing strategies that optimize profitability. Working closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Supply Chain, and Merchandising, this position ensures data-driven recommendations are integrated into business processes. You will also lead process improvements using technologies like SAS, VBA, and .Net, helping to enhance operational efficiency. This role is vital for shaping the competitive pricing landscape and supporting growth initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

      Accountabilities:
      • Build and maintain robust statistical and analytical models tailored to hospitality pricing and go-to-market strategies.
      • Develop, manage, and ensure accuracy of large-scale analytical databases to support segment decision-making.
      • Redesign and streamline business processes with tools such as SAS, VBA, and .Net to improve efficiency in hospitality operations.
      • Provide strategic pricing recommendations and comprehensive reporting to optimize profitability for hospitality clients.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Supply Chain, Merchandising, and Pricing to align strategies and drive segment growth.
      • Apply deep hospitality industry knowledge to customize analytical solutions addressing specific segment challenges.

      Requirements
      • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Business, Finance, or Mathematics.
      • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in pricing, analytics, or statistics.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Snowflake, PROS, and Power BI.
      • Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and optimize pricing strategies that drive business outcomes.
      • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting complex data sets and delivering actionable insights.
      • Proven success in using pricing and analytics to improve revenue, margins, or competitive positioning.
      • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
      • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
