      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain a strong understanding of enterprise-wide market factors affecting pricing performance
      - Support the global Pricing Strategy role to enhance pricing excellence and standardization
      - Implement pricing and delegation of authority processes within the SCPQ software system
      - Conduct research and analyze customer and financial data to inform pricing strategies
      - Collaborate with business units to establish and maintain standardized reporting and communicate pricing changes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, or Business
      - 3+ years of experience in Pricing, Analytics, Sales, or Marketing
      - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to work autonomously
      - Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with CRM and CPQ systems preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with financial systems and sales strategy planning
      - Knowledge of pricing methodologies and analytics reporting expertise
      - Familiarity with Power BI dashboards and continuous improvement practices
