What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver accurate and timely data, analysis, and recommendations to support profitable pricing strategies
- Collaborate with Accounting on the month-end close process and related financial analysis
- Compile and provide insight on recommendations for client re-pricing actions
- Assist in identifying and resolving data discrepancies while maintaining confidentiality
- Compile dashboard reporting on pricing trends, KPIs, and metrics related to closed and lost deals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in accounting and financial analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and MS Office, along with other analytical software
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote team environment with minimal supervision

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Client Space and PrismHR
- Experience in the PEO space or high-deductible insurance products
- Previous experience in insurance or other risk-based industries
- Demonstrated logical reasoning and critical thinking skills
