What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze competitive data, reimbursement trends, and pricing strategies to support pricing decisions
- Develop and maintain pricing and contract dashboards to track key performance indicators
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data-driven pricing insights with business objectives
- Conduct market segmentation and pricing model analysis to enhance revenue growth
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to pricing governance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in pricing analysis, financial modeling, or commercial operations, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in pricing analytics and data visualization
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present insights to stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in the cardiovascular or MedTech industries
- Familiarity with value-based pricing models and risk-sharing agreements
- Experience with pricing automation tools and AI-driven pricing optimization
- Knowledge of contract compliance analysis and reporting processes
- Experience with technical recommendations for pricing system improvements
