      Overall Role Purpose:

      Provide analytical and operational pricing support through margin and pricing analysis and projects such as RFQs request, Ship to Profile/Commit exercise, S&S Compliance Exercise Annual GPI. Support day-to-day pricing requests from sales team

      Main Responsibilities

      • Support day-to-day pricing requests from sales team
      • Recommend pricing strategies on RFQs and GSRT
      • Support and execute the major annual pricing projects including General Price Increase
      • Conduct analysis and review of pricing, costing, operational process, and profit for selected customers using the relevant pricing tools from Regional/Global Pricing
      • Provide competitive pricing offers and contracts for our major and key account customers whilst maintaining profit yielding structures
      • Devise innovative processes/ programs and solutions to make pricing more efficient through country rating system(GRE) and continue to drive profitable growth for DHL's business forward
      • Maintain country rating system(GRE) with setup of rates, S&S maintenance and all other settings
      • Ensure that all pricing collateral such as tariff cards submitted to customers portray the brand in a positive manner and are user friendly
      • Ensure up-to-date pricing information is made available on company’s SharePoint such as rates, service and surcharges, etc
      • Provide general pricing support including system support, billing errors and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders
      • Set up new rate (both special and contract rate) into the billing system timely in liaison with billing and regional pricing
      • Conduct monthly/quarterly Ship To Commit Review to drive business growth and profitable yield

      Training

      • Train the commercial function including sales team and other stakeholders (ie Finance, Customer Service) in pricing systems and tools for onboarding and refresher course, ensuring all commercial stake holders are adequately trained with pricing knowledge
      • Train sales team to understand the costing and pricing rationale and use the contract rates appropriately

      • Bachelor Degree of Higher in Business Administration, Finance or related filed.
      • 1-2 years experience in a product and or service pricing role, or in a marketing or business analysis position
      • Strong analytical capability including expertise in spreadsheet (MS Excel), SQL/Access, Power BI
      • Fluent in English. (Both of Written & Spoken)
      • Strong communication, project management, and multitasking skills
      • Ability to work independently and automatously and in teams
