      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage pricing operations for a $10 billion revenue business unit
      - Mitigate risk through careful contract review and execution of processes
      - Support Underwriting & Sales teams during client negotiations in the Employer Accounts segment
      - Own the execution of pricing strategy with internal partners, including Finance and Network groups
      - Make key recommendations that impact the company's top-line revenue and bottom-line financials

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 0-2 years of contract, pricing, financial analysis, or related experience; a Master's level degree (or MBA/MLS) may substitute for some applicable work experience
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; Finance or Business Degree preferred
      - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
      - Ability to work collaboratively with various internal teams
      - Effective communication skills for client interaction and negotiations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience using Microsoft Office Applications
      - Background in pharmacy benefits management (PBM), healthcare, or health insurance
      - Project or process management experience
