      PRICING SPECIALIST

      Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI) is an international, ISO 9001/20000/27001 Certified, CMMI Level 3 rated full-service provider with more than 36 years' experience in the Federal, military, and commercial marketplaces.

      Overview: SRI is seeking candidates that have experience with developing and reviewing pricing spreadsheets and written cost narratives in response to Government solicitations.

      Responsibilities:
      • Leads cost/price proposal strategy, planning, and volume preparation in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.
      • Prepares and modifies complex spreadsheets.
      • Coordinates effectively with Proposal Manager, technical staff, subcontractors, and other associates to ensure that required cost data are thorough, accurate, and submitted on schedule.
      • Writes clear and compliant cost narratives to respond to requests for proposals and/or clients.
      • Provides pricing guidance to proposal and business development teams to ensure pricing strategies are completed in accordance with the requirements.
      • Works with a team to analyze current budgets and perform monthly quality assurance reviews to ensure project plans operate in accordance with contractual guidelines and procedures.
      • Communicates pricing requirements, collect basis of estimate (BOE) data, present proposal status and review pricing iterations.
      • Develops models to track budgets and pricing forecasts for awarded contracts.

      Job Qualifications:
      • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, mathematics, or related field with a minimum of five years of experience developing pricing proposals.
      • Familiarity with contract types, including firm fixed price, time, and materials (T&M), cost-plus, and ID/IQ contracting, as well as a diverse range of customers, including civilian and defense agencies.
      • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS).
      • Knowledge of cost estimating techniques.
      • Demonstrated experience working on multiple proposals at a time.
      • Excellent skills using Microsoft Excel.
      • Flexibility to work as needed during the proposal process to meet deadlines.
