      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with the Marketing Director to execute plans for market activities and community outreach
      - Develop strategic relationships with health plans, physicians, and community partners
      - Engage with potential and current patients at community events
      - Maintain and update activities and leads in the CRM platform
      - Plan and execute local events to promote membership growth and retention

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field
      - Minimum of two years of experience in marketing project management, communications, or event planning, preferably in the healthcare industry
      - Exceptional interpersonal skills and a caring demeanor
      - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
      - Must have a current, valid driver's license and reliable transportation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred
      - Experience in sales and marketing campaign development
      - Proven ability to organize and follow up effectively
