- Working within the travel trade you will play a vital part in delivering various development and engagement activities via a number of different platforms.
- Commercial responsibility to ensure ROI delivery against a sales revenue target and any regional investment of budget.
- Working collaboratively with Sales Managers to deliver commercial goals set with in strategic accounts
- Participation in conferences, events and FAM trips including outside of the UK where business requirements permit
- Experience of working within a business development, sales or account management role (advantageous if within the travel or cruise industry).
- Have strong commercial acumen
- Experience of presenting in person and online to a large audience and be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

The RoleThe Sales Development & Engagement Manager will act as the voice of Princess Cruises and will be responsible for a variety of tasks such as sharing key information with front line travel agents, executing training plans in support of our strategic accounts alongside pursuing new business development opportunities.
Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities. This role is a CUK08 and is offered on a full time, permanent basis, and is 100% home-based working as you will be travelling to visit your travel agency clients.
