      We are looking for a Principal Agile Coach to lead the Agile Ways of Working Chapter (Coaching Chapter), this role is critical in delivering All of Government outcomes as we continue to drive efficiencies and continual improve the effectiveness of how we deliver outcomes for citizens and agency partners. With a team of Iteration Managers driving the day-to-day outcomes you will focus on Strategic outcomes and continuous improvement.

      You are an enthusiastic and energetic leader who can motivate, empower and coach teams and people to build a high-performance culture that delivers great outcomes.

      · You will be responsible for guiding and mentoring a team of Iteration Managers who are driving agile delivery teams to solve business related problems in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer-centric outcomes

      · You have experience within large technology programs and can navigate the challenges of balancing delivery and need to use data to continually improve practices and processes

      Key accountabilities:

      · Provide ongoing training and support to product teams and stakeholders to embed Agile practices into the delivery of product and process.

      · Ensure of agile meetings are impactful and drive outcomes ensuring that individual teams achieve their purpose.

      · Facilitating and preparing teams for Big Room Planning (BRP) events.

      · Ensuring that your team have clarity on the outcomes needing to be achieved and facilitate a clear overall delivery

      · Ensure all team members have performance plans and ongoing goals established which are tracked and supported by you.

      · Leverage metrics to identify continuous improvement opportunities and support decision making and planning.

      · Oversee implement process improvements to improve both immediate and long-term productivity using Agile practices and tools to support optimal service delivery.

      · Ensure dependencies across teams and business areas are managed so that the team’s work is not blocked, and the team is aligned to the Program goals.

      About the Project

      The Licensing Program is key to DCS’ vision to be the world’s most customer centric government. It is our aim to engage through delivering smarter, user orientated digital solutions, reducing red tape, enhancing business productivity and protecting NSW communities.

      The Licensing Program’s goal is to create end to end digital vocational licences from application and processing through to a digital licence on a customer’s phone. Replacing manual processes and products will increase the productivity of customers and agencies, contributing significant economic benefits to NSW.

You will help shape the ways of working and uplift teams’ and Program’s agile maturity.

      Salary Grade 11/12, with the base salary for this role starting at $139,787 base plus superannuation
