      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Architect and lead analytical strategies to drive portfolio P&L and customer success for credit cards
      - Define and track key industry metrics while delivering actionable recommendations to executive stakeholders
      - Own core reporting suites and BI dashboards for the credit card portfolio
      - Lead data-driven experimentation to optimize customer acquisition and balance growth strategies
      - Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices across the analytics community

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or Computer Science
      - 7+ years of experience in an analytical role focused on credit card portfolio analytics at a financial institution or fintech company
      - Deep mastery of credit card economics and P&L mechanics
      - Expert-level proficiency in SQL and experience with modern data environments (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery)
      - Advanced proficiency in Python or R for statistical modeling and data science applications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - PhD in a relevant quantitative field
      - Demonstrated expertise in BI and visualization tools, particularly Tableau
      - Proven track record of influencing product strategy and executive-level stakeholders
      - Exceptional ability to communicate complex analytical concepts to diverse audiences
      - A proactive and ownership-oriented mindset, comfortable with ambiguity
