What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement enterprise sourcing strategy to drive millions in annual savings
- Lead and coordinate sourcing strategy discussions with executives
- Conduct complex sourcing events with strategic suppliers and manage evaluation criteria
- Develop and implement various bid documents and manage performance metrics
- Foster successful relationships with vendor personnel and drive engagement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
- 8+ years of experience in a related field
- In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of experience in a related field
- Strong command of complex service agreements, KPIs, SLAs, and performance-based contracting
- Proven ability to partner with clinical leaders, operations, finance, IT, and legal

- Demonstrated success in developing and executing sourcing strategies in complex healthcare payer environments
- Ability to build multi-year category strategies aligned to medical cost and operational performance
- Knowledge of healthcare delivery models and service categories
