      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for clinical and leadership roles, including sourcing and screening candidates
      - Enhance candidate and hiring manager experiences throughout the hiring process
      - Collaborate with hiring teams on onboarding processes as needed
      - Partner with clinical leadership to drive talent planning for clinicians
      - Advise on compensation and market variables related to clinical talent acquisition

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience recruiting Advanced Practice Clinicians, Physicians, Clinical, and/or Leadership roles
      - Knowledge of employment law as it pertains to hiring, including OFCCP, EEO, AAP, and Non-Competes
      - Advanced talent sourcing experience, including internet mining and networking
      - Intermediate experience using CRM software and applicant tracking systems
      - Ability to work remotely in NY, NJ, PA, or CT

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 8+ years of experience in a business role, preferably in a leadership capacity
      - Experience with executive or senior clinical leadership searches
      - Familiarity with Advanced Practice Clinicians, Physicians, RNs, and Clinical Leadership in healthcare settings
      - Knowledge of clinician compensation plans
