      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop, apply, and enhance credit risk oversight processes in alignment with corporate risk management
      - Analyze and monitor the credit quality of loan portfolios, establishing early warning indicators for shifting trends
      - Conduct effective challenges on credit strategies and governance frameworks, ensuring alignment with risk appetite
      - Perform ad hoc credit risk and asset quality analyses, presenting findings to leadership through visual displays
      - Collaborate with business partners to gather data and provide strategic recommendations for credit performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
      - Minimum of 4 years of experience in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or a quantitative discipline
      - At least 6 years of relevant modeling/analytical experience with a Bachelor's Degree
      - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
      - Proven experience in developing credit risk strategies and oversight activities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Ph.D. in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, or Engineering
      - 6+ years of experience in a quantitative discipline or equivalent internship/research experience
      - Familiarity with advanced analytics techniques and segmentation methods
      - Experience in delivering presentations to multiple levels of leadership
      - Knowledge of credit risk management frameworks and governance
