What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and enhance credit risk oversight processes within the Corporate Risk Management framework
- Analyze and monitor the credit quality of loan portfolios, designing metrics and establishing early warning indicators
- Conduct evaluations and provide strategic insights on credit strategies and asset quality
- Present findings and recommendations to multiple levels of leadership, creating visual displays of data
- Perform ad hoc credit risk analyses to support governance and risk management initiatives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a quantitative discipline, or equivalent internship/research experience
- At least 6 years of relevant modeling/analytical experience in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Engineering
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with strong presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Ph.D. in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, or Engineering
- 6+ years of experience in a quantitative discipline
- Strong background in advanced analytics and statistical modeling techniques
