What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive platform adoption and retention by ensuring successful use of the employer's products to meet client objectives
- Develop comprehensive customer success plans in collaboration with clients
- Establish proactive communication strategies to review client progress and align on next steps
- Act as a trusted customer advocate, providing tailored solutions based on client needs
- Collaborate with various internal teams to resolve client issues and communicate feedback
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of experience in the social impact sector, specifically with nonprofits and foundations
- Hands-on experience with the employer's solutions, particularly Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT and Blackbaud Luminate
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for handling strategic conversations
- Ability to analyze complex problems and make sound business decisions
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Customer Success Platforms (e.g., Gainsight)
- Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and professional growth
- Familiarity with leveraging analytics and reports to enhance client outcomes
