What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop a deep understanding of data and business processes related to clinical case and disease management programs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of experience in complex data analysis with relational and non-relational (NoSQL) databases
- 2+ years of experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure Cloud) for model deployment
- Demonstrated ability to drive data-driven business solutions in a complex data environment
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and build strong networks in a multidisciplinary environment
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, simplifying complex data insights for non-technical audiences

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience mentoring and leading other data analysts
- Experience in a healthcare organization in a data-centric role
- Knowledge of clinical case and disease management programs
