What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee a portfolio of projects related to data analysis functions
- Provide strategic advice to leadership on data analysis decisions
- Serve as a liaison with other departments and external organizations
- Manage individual data analysis projects and ensure evaluation deliverables are met
- Lead and participate in the development of data collection tools and applied research

What is Required (Qualifications):
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited U.S. college or university or a certified foreign studies equivalency
- Minimum of five (5) years of full-time professional level experience in data analysis and research activities
- At least one (1) year of experience managing projects
- Alternatively, nine (9) years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement
- Experience with writing reports and preparing grant applications is desirable

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a public health or healthcare environment
- Expertise in surveillance and epidemiologic analysis
- Familiarity with performance measurement in public health programs
- Proven ability to lead a team in data management oversight
- Advanced degree (master's or doctoral) in a related field
