What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide Earned Value Management (EVM) implementation support to ensure compliance with government and contract requirements
- Assist Integrated Product Team (IPT) assigned CAMs with EVM reporting and data maintenance
- Conduct EVM training for project stakeholders
- Lead data analytics/program reviews and advise leadership on improving business performance
- Support Program Finance and Schedule leaders in continuous improvement efforts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field and typically 14+ years of related work experience
- Competency in Earned Value Management
- Proficiency in Earned Value Management software (Deltek Cobra) and scheduling software (MS Project)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance
- Experience with IPMDAR reporting and DECM metrics for full-up EVMS reportable programs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Ability to work across multiple software systems and comprehend system relationships
- Experience in Earned Value validation or re-validation
- Understanding of Program Management processes
