  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor's degree with a quantitative focus or equivalent practical experience
  - 8 - 10 years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or related fields
  - Deep expertise in advanced data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization
  - Proven experience managing multiple complex projects in fast-paced environments
  - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with data governance best practices
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in healthcare, healthcare payment accuracy, or software industries
  - Certifications in data analytics, business intelligence, or project management
  - Familiarity with Lean principles and project management frameworks such as Agile or Scrum
  - Prior experience leading or mentoring analysts
  - Strong business acumen with a focus on ROI analysis and financial modeling
