What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement enterprise sourcing strategy and drive substantial annual savings
- Act as the authoritative voice for business needs and expectations to suppliers
- Lead strategic discussions with executives to establish sourcing strategies
- Conduct complex sourcing events and develop project work plans
- Manage supplier relationships and performance for critical business suppliers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
- 8+ years of experience in a related field
- In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of experience in a related field
- Strong analytical skills to understand market dynamics and sourcing results
- Proven experience in supplier relationship management and negotiations
