What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement enterprise sourcing strategy to drive significant annual savings
- Serve as the authoritative voice for the employer to suppliers regarding business needs and expectations
- Lead sourcing strategy discussions and coordinate with executives for critical business capabilities
- Conduct enterprise sourcing events, including the development of project work plans and evaluation criteria
- Manage supplier relationships and performance for complex suppliers, focusing on operational and risk management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree (as required)
- 8+ years of experience in a related field
- In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of experience in a related field
- Proven experience in managing vendor relationships and negotiations
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate sourcing results and provide optimization recommendations
