      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with Account Executives and other Solutions Engineers throughout the pre-sales process to strategize for deal success
      - Conduct technical discovery sessions to understand customer needs and challenges
      - Develop and present complex presentations and product demonstrations showcasing Twilio's capabilities
      - Support pilot implementations and Proof-of-Concepts for strategic enterprise accounts
      - Maintain subject matter expertise on customer requirements and Twilio’s communications technology

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Native and business fluency in Mandarin (speaking and writing)
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical pre-sales role within CPaaS, SaaS, or Telecom
      - Strong understanding of the sales cycle and role of a pre-sales engineer
      - Familiarity with voice protocols (VoIP), SIP implementations, or messaging APIs
      - Knowledge of public cloud platforms (Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure) and cloud application architectures

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Hands-on experience with backend development (Java, C#, Node.js, Python, PHP)
      - Familiarity with mobile development, particularly for iOS and Android
      - Previous experience in Telecommunications, SIP, WebRTC, or Contact Centre in a technical capacity
      - Experience with automation and cloud-native development
      - Understanding of sales methodologies
