What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the Agent Experience, focusing on performance and user interface
- Architect and deploy automated servicing channels, including AI Voice and Chat Agents for complex transactions
- Ensure quality and scalability of the platform while prioritizing architectural integrity
- Partner with business stakeholders to define and own key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Act as a liaison between Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Legal to ensure compliance and technological superiority
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6+ years in Product Management with experience in building and scaling digital products
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality software with a focus on stability and scalability
- Extensive background in Conversational AI (Voice/Chat) and automated customer servicing
- Ability to influence business outcomes and manage key performance indicators effectively
- Expertise in leveraging AI technologies to enhance productivity
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Financial Services or FinTech sectors
- Familiarity with API contracts, system architecture, and technical trade-offs
- Strong design thinking skills to create efficient and aesthetically pleasing internal tools
- Background in using real-time intelligence tools and natural language processing technologies
