What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Set and own the product roadmap, translating consumer and retailer needs into a clear vision and launch plans
- Lead product discovery to uncover customer pain points and market opportunities
- Drive measurable results including product adoption and engagement outcomes through established metrics and dashboards
- Collaborate with engineering, machine learning, and design teams to execute the product roadmap and run experiments
- Represent the product to senior leadership and external retail partners, communicating strategy and progress clearly
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of product management experience
- 5+ years of experience building and shipping consumer-facing commerce products end-to-end
- Proven track record launching at least one 0-to-1 product with measurable impact
- Technical fluency with AI/ML systems and data flows
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, quantitative, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience across both consumer products and B2B/enterprise offerings
- Background spanning startup and large company environments
- Domain expertise in e-commerce, retail, grocery, or marketplace dynamics
- Experience building or improving LLM agent systems and products
- Familiarity with experimentation at scale (A/B testing) and compliance considerations for GenAI products
