What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Take ownership of the full product lifecycle, from strategy to execution
- Engage directly with customers and sales teams to gather insights and drive product differentiation
- Maintain strategic roadmaps and define product requirements and features
- Collaborate with engineering, AI, and UX teams to drive design and development of features
- Shape and deliver best-in-class product experiences in the security technology space
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years in product management
- Minimum of 3 years focused on AI/ML products, Workflow Automation, or Robotics
- Deep understanding of SOC/GSOC environments or high-tempo operations centers
- Experience with Vision Language Models (VLMs), Generative AI (LLMs), or Agentic frameworks
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Demonstrated history of shipping complex B2B interfaces that simplify cognitive load
- Strong collaboration skills with UX design instincts
- Understanding of "alert fatigue" and "time-to-resolution" in high-pressure environments
