What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as GM for enterprise engagement, setting the vision for enterprise adoption and retention at organizational scale
- Lead strategic product direction and roadmap development in close partnership with product and technical leadership
- Own success metrics end-to-end, including activation, engagement, and long-term retention across large enterprise deployments
- Conduct discovery from enterprise buyer journeys and user interviews to ensure product direction is informed by user insight
- Collaborate across engineering, design, and customer-facing teams to ensure successful deployments and expansion
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of relevant product management or equivalent operator/technical experience
- Proven AI-native orientation with clear personal/professional use of AI tools or productized AI practices
- Direct experience building products for Fortune 1000 organizations, with ownership of adoption or retention
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in early-stage product environments, shipping with minimal process
- Strong analytical skills including A/B testing and using data to define and measure enterprise success metrics

- Experience navigating enterprise processes and change management
- Ability to present live walkthroughs of shipped products and unpack decisions that achieved measurable adoption
- Deep empathy for both individual users and enterprise stakeholders
