What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build experiences that engage millions of online insurance shoppers
- Own the user experience from onboarding to purchasing insurance products
- Educate consumers on the importance of life insurance and assist with their coverage needs
- Enhance conversion rates by minimizing friction in the application process
- Launch new insurance products to market focusing on user accessibility and satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of total experience in the technology industry
- 5+ years of experience as a product manager in a high-growth technology company
- Proven ability to generate and test hypotheses using data and user insights
- Strong analytical skills, including self-serve analytics experience with SQL and Amplitude
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and design teams
