What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead cross-functional teams in the planning and execution of manufacturing and real estate initiatives
- Manage project requirements, priorities, and deadlines for facilities-related projects
- Provide design and execution expertise in cost estimating, civil engineering, and architecture
- Oversee the tendering processes and contractual frameworks for AEC services and general contractors
- Analyze project portfolio costs, propose corrective actions, and report on project progress to decision-makers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's or MSc degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in project or construction management
- Strong background in construction management with experience in large facilities and real estate investments (€30 million +)
- Proficient in English with exceptional communication skills; additional languages are an asset
- Flexibility to travel frequently to support project management on-site, up to 40% of the time

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree or equivalent experience in engineering, Project Management, or a related field
- Proven project management skills and experience
- International experience working with cross-functional teams
- PMP certification
