      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead a comprehensive internal and external talent acquisition strategy
      - Source, interview, and hire for key/critical roles within the Supply Chain team
      - Implement efficient talent acquisition processes and technologies to support organizational growth
      - Communicate talent acquisition strategies to stakeholders and position the team as trusted advisors
      - Compile and analyze recruiting data to identify opportunities for process improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
      - Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in a talent acquisition role focused on manufacturing in the food & beverage industry
      - Strong understanding of web search engines, social media, and applicant tracking systems
      - Proven ability to run projects and lead process improvement teams
      - Ability to collaborate with and influence senior leaders across the organization

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Past experience working in a recruitment agency or search firm
      - Demonstrable experience improving systems, processes, and tools
      - Strong presentation and training skills
      - Ability to work across multiple functions and departments within a changing environment
      - Willingness to travel up to 20%
