      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and prepare revenue requirements, cost of service studies, and regulatory filings
      - Coordinate the implementation of rate changes and administer existing rates and tariffs
      - Lead and assist in assembling, analyzing, and reviewing rate change proposals
      - Monitor and communicate key developments in rate and regulatory matters to senior management
      - Represent the employer's interests at regulatory commissions and industry organizations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in business or finance/accounting; MBA desired
      - Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in rate or regulatory matters
      - Minimum of five years’ experience with financial systems
      - Previous experience in the natural gas industry is desirable
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with outstanding Excel skills

      - Solid background and knowledge of financial systems
      - Excellent collaborator with the ability to work with limited supervision
      - Self-motivated with a desire to learn and assimilate data from multiple sources
      - Comfortable presenting to executive-level internal and external audiences
