What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement reimbursement strategies for new therapy expansions and indications, collaborating with cross-functional partners
- Lead U.S. launch customer engagement on health economics and reimbursement topics, providing training and education to sales force and external stakeholders
- Create and manage reimbursement tools and resources for sales partners and reimbursement colleagues
- Serve as a subject matter expert on coding, coverage, and payment for Peripheral Vascular Health products and therapies
- Stay informed on U.S. reimbursement trends and collaborate with industry stakeholders to enhance market access strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years of experience in health policy, reimbursement, health economics, or health services research
- Or an advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the same fields
- Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. reimbursement and payment systems, including Medicare and commercial payer processes
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex technical content clearly
- Proven project management experience with a focus on results and quality
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced degree (MPH, MS, MHA, MBA, PhD) or post-graduate training in health policy or related disciplines
- One or more coding credentials (e.g., RHIA, CCS, CPC)
- 5+ years of experience in the device or pharmaceutical industry, or in healthcare economics and reimbursement
- Familiarity with health economic methods and evidence development
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across cultures in a global organization
