      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide thought leadership and project management for sustainable finance projects
      - Conduct independent research, analyze data, and publish high-quality research papers

      - Lead and mentor junior team members in research activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - Relevant degree or training in a related discipline (Master's or PhD preferred)
      - Experience in sustainable finance, climate change, or related fields
      - Ability to lead end-to-end research projects and coach team members

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in climate risk insurance, micro-finance, or voluntary carbon markets
      - Proven ability in organization/business development
      - Familiarity with digital technologies such as AI and DLT
      - Fluency in multiple languages
      - Experience working in a target-driven role
