      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the Servicing research agenda, managing stakeholders and prioritizing work based on business priorities
      - Spearhead complex research initiatives to inform servicing strategies and enhance user experiences
      - Integrate insights from various sources, including primary and secondary research, to support decision-making
      - Communicate findings clearly to senior and executive-level stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations
      - Foster collaboration and innovation across multiple teams and departments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 8+ years of Market Research experience in a corporate agile setting
      - Bachelor's degree in Market Research, Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field; or 6+ years of Market Research experience with a Master's degree; or 3+ years of Market Research with a PhD
      - Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods, including surveys and focus groups
      - Exceptional communication skills for translating data into actionable insights
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and statistical programs such as SAS, SPSS, or R

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proven ability to drive strategic, data-driven decision-making
      - Experience in setting research priorities aligned with business needs
      - Strong storytelling skills to translate research into compelling narratives for stakeholder buy-in
      - Advanced business degree preferred
      - Demonstrated ability to interpret complex research results and apply them to business issues
