      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, promoting and selling Medtronic's CA Solutions products
      - Conduct sales calls and provide clinical/technical support to customers
      - Implement quarterly sales plans to achieve sales goals and objectives
      - Maintain knowledge of product offerings while managing customer activities and administrative reporting
      - Provide ongoing field intelligence reports on market trends, competition, and customer preferences

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree
      - 10 years of medical industry sales experience, with 8 years specifically in Cardiology within a hospital environment
      - Proven success in selling physician preference products to electrophysiologists in the EP/Ablation market
      - Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently to customer clinics and hospitals
      - Ability to manage time and assets effectively while meeting physical job requirements

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree
      - Demonstrable success in previous roles indicating a high level of sales performance
      - Experience in managing relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions
