      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide mentorship and support to staff, junior associates, and contractors
      - Manage a team of security fusion analysts responsible for analyzing and managing fusion-related activities
      - Oversee incident response activities including triage, root cause analysis, and escalations
      - Monitor the organization's computer networks and systems to identify security threats and violations
      - Develop and maintain security procedures in support of the Fusion mission

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5-8 years of relevant experience, with 1-2 years in a supervisory role preferred
      - Strong technical and operational security background in vulnerability management, incident response, and identity management
      - Advanced knowledge of cloud, networking, and operating systems fundamentals
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting security issues
      - Ability to balance and prioritize work effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced computer forensic or network forensic certifications
      - Ability to interpret vulnerability assessments
      - Experience administering the operations of a security infrastructure
