What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and enhance third-party API integrations, including legacy EMR systems and national APIs
- Iterate on proprietary algorithms to improve patient care and clinical value
- Ship features that directly contribute to saving lives within a short timeframe
- Participate in customer calls to understand their needs and pain points
- Architect and deploy scalable ETL data pipelines with version control
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Expert competency in TypeScript and experience with key frameworks/libraries such as Angular, Node, and React
- Comfortable working full stack in JavaScript/TypeScript
- Strong understanding of version control, CI/CD, and code extensibility best practices
- Familiarity with AWS services such as API Gateway, DynamoDB, Lambda, and Cognito
- Demonstrated ability to tackle novel challenges through strong computer science fundamentals and first principles thinking
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with reinforcement learning or active learning concepts
- Previous work on healthcare technology projects or similar domains
- Intellectual curiosity and a growth mindset toward learning new technologies
- Proven track record of optimizing user experience in software development
