What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Architect secure, scalable, and high-quality cloud-native solutions for complex business challenges across multiple development teams
- Champion the evaluation and integration of new technologies, defining technology roadmaps and innovative practices
- Lead the implementation of security and performance standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations
- Mentor and coach engineers, providing technical leadership across the organization
- Collaborate with technical leaders to shape the technical vision and optimize cost efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 15+ years of relevant experience in software development and architecture roles
- Proven expertise in architecting and developing software solutions across multiple technology domains
- Strong knowledge of architecture patterns related to AI, distributed systems, and cloud technologies
- Ability to effectively communicate with executive leadership, adapting style to gain consensus
- Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma or equivalent experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
