What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the strategic development of comprehensive technology solutions to drive business growth
- Serve as the main contact between the employer and customers, ensuring project needs are met
- Mentor and guide a team of solution architects and analysts in identifying and closing new business opportunities
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to develop and execute strategic plans for revenue growth
- Manage project risk and oversee team deliverables, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 15+ years of experience in Enterprise IT Management, technology consulting, or solution design
- 5-7 years of experience as a Lead or Senior Consultant or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to lead and execute business development strategies effectively
- Bachelor's degree in system architecture, computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field
- Experience managing personnel and leading project teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior executive role in a relevant industry (e.g., Director of IT, VP of IT, CTO)
- Advanced client-facing skills with experience in technical consulting across various sectors
- Thorough understanding of WWT technology practice areas and key technology partners
- Post-graduate training in a business-related discipline or management
- Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills
