What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare and issue requests for proposals
- Analyze supplier quotes/pricing
- Source selection
- Prepare and issue FAR compliance purchase orders
- Supplier management until receipt of compliant material

What is Required (Qualifications):
- University Degree and minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
- Experience analyzing supplier quotes and pricing
- Experience with SAP
- General understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)
- U.S. citizenship required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Basic understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)
- Basic understanding of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
- Experience with commodity/supplier management
- University Degree and minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
