  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Partner with Operations & Program Office teams to influence decisions for successful contract execution
  - Oversee financials for multiple programs within a designated portfolio
  - Manage program startup, maintenance, and intercompany transfer processing
  - Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports, including variance analysis
  - Assist in the coordination and development of monthly financial forecasts
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - University Degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
  - Strong financial acumen and analytical critical thinking skills
  - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  - U.S. citizenship is required for access to information under this program/contract
  - Experience in finance-related roles within the aerospace and defense industry is preferred
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Demonstrated experience with SAP financial tools/systems and Earned Value Management
  - Extensive manufacturing/MRP experience in the aerospace and defense industry
  - Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  - Prior experience in Program Controls is a plus
