What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and demonstrate a thorough understanding of supported business processes and technologies
- Communicate effectively with technical, project, and business resources through verbal and written documentation
- Collaborate cross-functionally to engineer integrated, end-to-end technology solutions
- Support automated testing efforts to ensure successful implementation of solutions into production
- Take an active role in Agile practices, including leading Story writing and User Story Mapping
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Salesforce Admin Certification
- At least 4 years of experience in integrating systems
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with a public cloud (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s Degree
- 2+ years of experience in Agile practices
- Salesforce Certified Developer
