      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with the Chief Architect to plan and execute strategic initiatives
      - Lead and manage key programs, practices, and projects within the organization
      - Maintain and grow partnerships with cross-functional and cross-organization stakeholders
      - Communicate progress and updates across various organizational levels
      - Define and implement organization-wide processes to enhance operational efficiency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management
      - BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
      - Proven ability to make data-driven decisions while fostering an inclusive culture
      - Experience managing teams with a collaborative and empowering approach
      - Exceptional communication and influencing skills across diverse teams

      - Strong desire to automate processes and reduce inefficiencies
      - Adaptable and customer-focused with a passion for innovative problem-solving
      - Experience with tools such as Confluence, SharePoint, Miro, Airtable, and GitHub
