      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct and lead mobile ethnographic research using a mix of qualitative methods
      - Deeply understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations of homeowners
      - Champion ethnographic research methods within the UX Research team
      - Synthesize research findings into actionable insights that align with strategy initiatives
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure research meets business objectives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in strategic research engagements
      - Proven ability to lead and deliver in a fast-paced, business-focused environment
      - Experience designing and managing multi-phase qualitative studies
      - Strong skills in translating complex qualitative data into meaningful insights
      - Comfort operating with high ambiguity in collaboration with business partners

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience within a two-sided marketplace (e.g., home services, gig economy, e-commerce)
      - Expertise in conducting longitudinal diary studies, in-person ethnography, and in-depth interviews
