Job Description
- Req#: REF1906A
- Maintaining print production schedule
- Quoting jobs, as well as issuing POs and invoices for all jobs
- Creating job tickets and updating tasks in Workfront
- Coordinating with vendors and interdepartmental teams to ensure a smooth and efficient production process
- Strong knowledge of printing industry
- Expertise with the Microsoft Office suite (including Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Ability to manage time and meet deadlines
- Outstanding problem-solving skills
- Superb multitasking skills
- Strong sense of urgency and a can-do attitude
- Professional attitude—even under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to new situations and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to think critically and make important decisions independently
- Additional tasks as project comes up
- Required travel—up to 10%
- Experience with print and print management software, such as PrintSmith and Workfront, a plus
- Hourly: $29-$33 with an annual bonus of up to 10%

Job Description
In a time of unprecedented expansion, we are seeking a Print and Procurement Lead to manage the tracking and delivery of all materials for in-house and outsourced print projects. Located at company headquarters in Carson, California, our on-site print center is a standalone department that serves a variety of clients—including our Retail team, Marketing team, Sales team, Product Development team and others. Under the direction of the print manager, you will coordinate with vendors and interdepartmental teams to ensure a frictionless, efficient production process. You will rely on your creative problem-solving skills and excellent communication to manage multiple simultaneous projects—overseeing cost, quality and delivery. In addition to outstanding project management skills, you must possess excellent attention to detail, a collaborative approach and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, due-date-driven environment.
